Orders ship within 3–5 business days from Casablanca, Morocco. Standard delivery within Morocco typically takes 5–7 working days. International orders may take 2–3 weeks depending on destination. You'll receive a tracking number once your package leaves our workshop.

We pack every pot carefully with protective padding. If your ceramic arrives cracked or broken, contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost or offer a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Yes. If a pot isn't what you expected, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the damage is our fault.

We love custom requests. Contact us with your idea—custom size, color, or quantity for gift baskets. Lead time for custom orders is usually 2–3 weeks. We'll confirm feasibility and cost before you commit.
